Driag

Draig is a Welsh Lurcher, born in the Rhondda Valleys he is a faithful companion, occasional knitting supervisor and self-appointed guardian and collaborator of Tony creative endeavours.

With more than eight squirrels successfully hunted to his name, Draig considers himself an accomplished outdoorsman, although his victims have yet to offer a testimonial.

He is happiest walking the hills and mountains of Wales, where he takes his responsibilities as chief explorer and unofficial landscape inspector very seriously.

When not pursuing wildlife, Draig can generally be found keeping a watchful eye on Tony’s knitting, offering moral support from a comfortable position, or supervising work that would otherwise proceed perfectly well without him.

A dog of considerable character and modest demands, Draig believes that every good creative enterprise requires fresh air, regular walks and a faithful hound content to sit.

He is, of course, the Ddraig of Tony & Ddraig. Tony may do the writing and knitting, but Draig reserves the right to take credit for the inspiration.
